Jai Bhavani Foundation will establish an “Employment and Training Center” to make the youth of the society self-reliant and guide them towards a well-equipped future. The main objective of this center is to provide proper guidance, vocational skills and necessary training for employment to the youth.

The following main activities will be carried out in this center. 

1. Vocational and Technical Training

* Special courses for factory work like Electrician, Plumber, Welder, Computer Operator, Technical Assistant.

* Short term and long term training programs at ITI level.

2. Computer and Digital Skills Training

* Basic Computer Education, MS Office, E-mail and Internet Training.

* Courses like Digital Marketing, Web Designing, TeleCaller, Data Entry.

3. Job Readiness Program

* Spoken English, interview preparation, resume writing techniques, communication skills.

* Guidance and preparation for government and private sector jobs.

4. Self-employment training for women

* Training for home industries (such as papad-athana making, handicrafts, beauty parlor, kadhai-sewing).

* Guidance with confidence for women for self-reliance.

5. Guidance and assistance for setting up a business

* Information related to loans, certificates and startups for new entrepreneurs.

* Assistance for government schemes –PM Rozgar Yojana, Mudra Loan etc.Conclusion

This employment and training center will become a ray of hope for the youth of the society. The youth trained here will not only be job seekers, but will also become entrepreneurs who create their own employment. This center will be the key to a successful life for young men and women from every section of society.
